1. Overview

At PergoLine, we aim to provide high-quality products and a transparent purchasing experience.

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for orders placed on www.pergoline.eu.

 

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via email before returning the products.

 

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled and in original condition

  • Products must be returned in original packaging

  • All components and accessories must be included

Important Notice

PergoLine products are DIY systems. Any product that has been:

  • installed

  • modified

  • cut or altered

cannot be returned or refunded.

 

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at contact@pergoline.ro with your order details

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions

  3. Ship the products back to the address provided

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

 

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of returned products

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method (card or bank transfer)

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after receiving the return

 

6. Non-Refundable Costs

The following costs are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping costs (unless required by law)

  • Return shipping costs

  • Additional fees caused by incorrect customer information (e.g. wrong address)

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will:

  • assess the situation

  • offer replacement or refund where applicable

Photos or video evidence may be required.

 

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change a product, you must:

  • return the original product (if eligible)

  • place a new order

 

9. Refusal of Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

  • do not meet the conditions above

  • are incomplete or damaged due to improper handling by the customer
