1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 (noon) are processed the next business day.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.
For international orders:

Orders can be placed directly on the website and paid securely by card (online payment)

Alternatively, for custom or assisted projects, a proforma invoice may be issued upon request

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We deliver across the European Union and selected international markets.
Delivery is handled through trusted courier partners.
Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days within EU
Extended Delivery

For certain destinations: 2–7 business days depending on location
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (courier delays, customs, weather, etc.).
3. Shipping Costs
All orders are shipped only after full payment is confirmed.
Payment can be made:

Online by card (secure payment at checkout)

By bank transfer based on proforma invoice (for custom or assisted orders)
We do not ship orders without prior payment confirmation.
Shipping costs are not included in product prices.

Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, weight and package size

Costs are communicated via proforma invoice before payment
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where required by law.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment status and ensure availability for delivery.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of order.
PergoLine is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Any additional costs resulting from address errors may be charged to the customer.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union:

Import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply

These costs are the responsibility of the customer
We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
7. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will assist in opening an investigation with the courier.
Please note that resolution times depend on the shipping carrier.
8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
According to EU legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Conditions for Returns:

Products must be unused and uninstalled

Products must be returned in original packaging

All components must be included
Important:
Due to the nature of our products (DIY systems), products that have been installed, modified or used cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
