This website is operated by PergoLine, a brand operated by Idemob Comprest SRL. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PergoLine.

PergoLine offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, customers, merchants and/or contributors of content.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any Services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

 

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Our products are DIY hardware systems designed for building adjustable terrace shutters.

Wooden slats are NOT included unless explicitly stated.

Products are intended for vertical applications only and are not designed as waterproof roofing systems.

Proper installation and structural safety are the responsibility of the customer.

Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.

5.1 Nature of the Products (IMPORTANT)

• Products sold by PergoLine are hardware systems / kits (metal or aluminum components) intended for building adjustable terrace shutters.

• Products are DIY (Do-It-Yourself) and require assembly and installation by the customer or a third party chosen by the customer.

• Unless explicitly stated, wooden slats (lamellae) are NOT included and must be sourced locally by the customer.

5.2 Intended Use

• Systems are designed primarily for vertical applications (terrace walls, partitions, enclosures, shading systems).

• Use for roofing or load-bearing applications is NOT the intended use and is done entirely at the customer’s own risk.

• Products are intended for light control, shading and wind protection, not for waterproof structural roofing systems.

5.3 Compatibility and Dimensions

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • chosen dimensions fit their project

  • supporting structure (posts, frames, walls) is adequate

  • selected materials (wood, WPC, etc.) are compatible

• Recommended lamella specifications (general guidance):

  • width: approx. 100–120 mm

  • thickness: approx. 19–22 mm

• Maximum recommended spans and configurations depend on material and installation and must be assessed by the customer.

5.4 Installation Responsibility

• Installation instructions may be provided for guidance only.

• PergoLine does not provide installation services unless explicitly agreed.

• The customer assumes full responsibility for:

  • correct installation

  • structural safety

  • compliance with local building regulations

5.5 Product Representation

• We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible.

• However:

  • colors may vary depending on screens and lighting

  • minor variations in finish or dimensions may occur

5.6 Limitations of Warranty

• We do not guarantee that products will meet all expectations in every project scenario.

PergoLine does not guarantee the suitability of its products for any specific project.

The final result depends on multiple factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

• installation quality

• structural support

• materials used by the customer

By purchasing our products, the customer acknowledges full responsibility for the design, execution and final outcome of the project.

• We are not responsible for issues resulting from:

  • incorrect installation

  • improper use

  • use outside intended application

  • incompatible materials used by the customer

5.7 Right to Modify Products Right to Modify Products

• We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, availability or components at any time without prior notice.

 

SECTION 6 - ORDERS AND BILLING

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

For international orders:
- Payment can be made online by card (secure checkout)
- Alternatively, for custom or assisted projects, payment can be made via bank transfer based on a proforma invoice
- Orders are processed only after payment confirmation

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We deliver across the European Union and selected international markets.

• Dispatch: typically within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation

• Delivery: approximately 3–5 business days within EU

Shipping costs are communicated separately via proforma invoice.

 

SECTION 8 - RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL

Customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving goods, according to EU law.

Conditions:

• Products must be unused

• Returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

 

SECTION 9 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties.

Use of such tools is at your own risk.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 (noon) are processed the next business day.

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

For international orders:

• Orders can be placed directly on the website and paid securely by card (online payment)

• Alternatively, for custom or assisted projects, a proforma invoice may be issued upon request

• Orders are processed only after payment confirmation (either card payment or bank transfer based on proforma)**

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We deliver across the European Union and selected international markets.

Delivery is handled through trusted courier partners.

Standard Delivery

• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days within EU

Extended Delivery

• For certain destinations: 2–7 business days depending on location

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (courier delays, customs, weather, etc.).

 

3. Shipping Costs

All orders are shipped only after full payment is confirmed.

Payment can be made:

• Online by card (secure payment at checkout)

• By bank transfer based on proforma invoice (for custom or assisted orders)

We do not ship orders without prior payment confirmation.

Shipping costs are not included in product prices.

• Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, weight and package size

• Costs are communicated via proforma invoice before payment

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where required by law.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment status and ensure availability for delivery.

 

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

PergoLine is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Any additional costs resulting from address errors may be charged to the customer.

 

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union:

• Import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply

• These costs are the responsibility of the customer

We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.

 

7. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will assist in opening an investigation with the courier.

Please note that resolution times depend on the shipping carrier.

 

8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

According to EU legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Conditions for Returns:

• Products must be unused and uninstalled

• Products must be returned in original packaging

• All components must be included

Important:

Due to the nature of our products (DIY systems), products that have been installed, modified or used cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
