Wooden slats are NOT included unless explicitly stated.
Products are intended for vertical applications only and are not designed as waterproof roofing systems.
Proper installation and structural safety are the responsibility of the customer.
Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.
5.1 Nature of the Products (IMPORTANT)

Products sold by PergoLine are hardware systems / kits (metal or aluminum components) intended for building adjustable terrace shutters.

Products are DIY (Do-It-Yourself) and require assembly and installation by the customer or a third party chosen by the customer.

Unless explicitly stated, wooden slats (lamellae) are NOT included and must be sourced locally by the customer.
5.2 Intended Use

Systems are designed primarily for vertical applications (terrace walls, partitions, enclosures, shading systems).

Use for roofing or load-bearing applications is NOT the intended use and is done entirely at the customer’s own risk.

Products are intended for light control, shading and wind protection, not for waterproof structural roofing systems.
5.3 Compatibility and Dimensions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

chosen dimensions fit their project

supporting structure (posts, frames, walls) is adequate

selected materials (wood, WPC, etc.) are compatible

Recommended lamella specifications (general guidance):

width: approx. 100–120 mm

thickness: approx. 19–22 mm

Maximum recommended spans and configurations depend on material and installation and must be assessed by the customer.
5.4 Installation Responsibility

Installation instructions may be provided for guidance only.

PergoLine does not provide installation services unless explicitly agreed.

The customer assumes full responsibility for:

correct installation

structural safety
-
compliance with local building regulations

5.5 Product Representation

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible.

minor variations in finish or dimensions may occur

5.6 Limitations of Warranty

We do not guarantee that products will meet all expectations in every project scenario.
PergoLine does not guarantee the suitability of its products for any specific project.
The final result depends on multiple factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

materials used by the customer
By purchasing our products, the customer acknowledges full responsibility for the design, execution and final outcome of the project.

5.7 Right to Modify Products Right to Modify Products

We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, availability or components at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 6 - ORDERS AND BILLING
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
For international orders:
- Payment can be made online by card (secure checkout)
- Alternatively, for custom or assisted projects, payment can be made via bank transfer based on a proforma invoice
- Orders are processed only after payment confirmation
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.
SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver across the European Union and selected international markets.

1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 (noon) are processed the next business day.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.
For international orders:

Alternatively, for custom or assisted projects, a proforma invoice may be issued upon request

3. Shipping Costs

7. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will assist in opening an investigation with the courier.
Please note that resolution times depend on the shipping carrier.
8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
According to EU legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
